• Dance Aerobics

    Aerobic dancing can be a great way to have fun, start your blood pumping and get your body in shape.

    The word aerobic means "with oxygen" but aerobics usually refers to any kind of activity that gets your heart pumping and your muscles using oxygen. Aerobic dancing involves any kind of exercise put to music and can include everything from country music line dance aerobics to hip-hop dancing. Get at least 20 minutes of good aerobic exercise three times a week, so aerobic dancing can be a fun way to stay in shape.

    Dance aerobics is a type of fitness program where one dances for the purpose of increasing physical fitness. To get aerobic benefits from any workout, it is necessary to increase the heart rate for a sustained period of time; this improves cardiovascular health by increasing the endurance of the heart and lungs. Dancing can be an excellent aerobic activity, as well as a lot of fun.

    Core Fitness Club we have classes for everyone from the little ones to adults. The students undergo rigorous training in the basics of dance that creates a strong foundation.
